Looks like hooked on phonics didn't work for everyone.

I was watching these videos online today of different crochet stitches, and the person doing the videos was really good. Her demonstration was very clear and she went at an appropriate pace explaining as she worked. All you could see was her hands very close up, but you could hear her speaking ...... and this is where it all went wrong. I'm by no means an expert at grammar or the English language in general, I'm sure that I butcher words from time to time, but come on - this is a pretty basic one.

"You're going to continue working that stitch acrossed the entire row."

Really? Seriously? Acrossed .... Acrosst? I'm not sure how to properly spell what she said but whatever, you can pretty much stop after those s's.

The word is ACROSS
Period
The end.
